all I know is the POR states "to give effect to agreements" CT's are to receive distributions but are redirected to senior note holders. Not sure how that squares with the recent developments, if any, with the JPM - LBHI settlement.
My under-educated guess is CT's will receive $$$, but from NOL/Newco and not within the BK distributions. But what the hell do I know...
