Please listen to yourself.. he diluted 100 million shares 4 days after a R/S. he hasn't even gotten share value back and is already distributing more shares. The idea of a R/S is to increase stock value so it might attract more investors. You don't dilute 4 times share specially if you can't sell the ones you already have.
