Per the CEO of ABVG, they are not "officially" connected to ABVG, but the two companies have had some solid discussions in the past and they have assisted with some sales and distribution opportunities. But nothing has been closed as of yet. This is per the ABVG CEO.
It has been confirmed that HIPH is not shutting down and going away though as what was wondered. If anything is done with ABVG, it would appear that it might be some kind of a licensing and distribution deal that would benefit both companies and not some kind of a deal where HIPH assets being acquired. This is good for HIPH shareholders.
