It appears that only concentrations (mg/ml) are different between 20mg and 40mg. So volume of injection remains same. Should not be a major concern while delivering with same injection as 20mg.

...CW may be addressing the actual medication and not necessarily the injection technology.

If there were a hangup with the 40mg syringe, would CW be telling investors that MNTA has done everything required for approval? I don't think so.
