Don't you think that if "someone" was "accumulating" shares for nearly a year now that they would let the stock price go instead of letting all their hard earned accumulated shares be cut by 7????? Then diluted?

Makes no sense. It isn't happening. BOD have run this company into its third R/S. Shares will be sold ATM immediately to fill the coffers so that there salaries will be paid for years to come.

Bavi seams to be the next carrot that has rotted and placed in storage. It was good while it lasted. I actually believed there was something big there. Shameful
