Got ya. Okay...I think we're on the same page kind'a. I'm not seeing the hit as warranted as its not 'technically' coming for the company's coffers...coffers which had it at $2.75ish prior to the settlement announcement....the settlement funded the divi, so pps over-reacted here in this situation. IMO.
Hoping to see a continuation upward come Monday...or at least during the week.
