On-air cairrage may happen by Winter, but the underlying deal must happen months earlier to allow for programming to gear up.

Most posters here tend to feel that deal/deals with US carriers to carry TFN will happen soon?? Based on what information?? Has Sandy posted something to verify this ?? Just curious!
