I remember the Value Line! They had that at the Public Library when I was a kid, too. The original Pink Sheets! It was probably as scammy back then as it is now, which is how their reputation came to be what it is. You're apparently within a couple of years of being as old as I am. I used to be a stockbroker, among other things, and it was my job to know about this stuff. It still amazes me that people still fall for these scams, and that they're allowed to continue. Still money in 'em though, for the promoters, anyway.
