$CETX did the company fully paid for Periscope and do you know of any further dilution coming? I made lots of money on $PRMW and looking at moving that into a new 1-2 year long-term company between $5-10 dollars... $CETX is a candidate, but doing homework.

$CETX not much, in compare to what they obtained. Loan from related party $3,298,600 Payable July 2017. the company did get a Loan to pay for Periscope, payable in shares in Summer of 2017 to pay for Periscope.

So, the fact is they did dilute to get Periscope, maybe at the time of completion there was no dilution, but future dilution will happen for Periscope.

Love the way the story (lawyers) write stuff.
