Learning Lessons for all ~~ Things to think about.

First I agree with the fundamentals of the company, I have gone and read lots and I trust in Matt24d's DD.

One thing to ask yourself are you here to make money or Invest Long-term?

1. Charts do not lie - There was a GAP at the open and it had to be closed (healthy event)

2. The daily MACD came close to crossing into BUY Territory, did not happen, now holding for life above the 50dma.

3. One of the first things I learned in trading is Sell on News and GAP, specially if it drops below 70% of the daily GAIN.

4. Everyone was waiting for the GREAT Earnings (done.they were superb)

5. What news will drive this stock the next few days???

6. If I'm an investor I am happy with the results!! (yeah Baby)

7. If I am a Trader, what news are pending? Why not SHORT A GREAT STOCK and buy later at much lower? We all know that with time it will come back.

8. If I am a trader why should I keep my money there waiting for the next news?

9. If I am an Investor, No worries, It will come back.

10. Orions - Who are you? A trader or Investor. Nothing wrong with either, nothing wrong with a combination either.

$CETX it was the offering that opened on the 23rd and closed on the 31st probably. it was EXTREMELY generous.

check it out. Preferred shares were offered at 10 bucks a piece at 10% interest that's huge.. plus get this.. in addition they got received warrants to buy shares at 6.31 for a period of 5 years. the warrants also stipulated being able to buy shares at the warrant price of 2 to 1 preferred.

they sold 13.5 mil in the offering so my bet is that a lot of the purchased shares at warrant price and dumped into positive earnings.

wish I would of seen that. id of bought that offering all day. a dollar per share divi preferred and 2 6.30 warrant options for 5 years on a company with 100% earnings growth? cant beat that..
