That is correct I do.

As I previously posted

$ELTP would have modified the formula of SequestOx's Oxycodone Bead so that the TMax digestive rate is as good as or better, than Comparator IR Roxicodone, after a fatty meal.

The successful 163 P3 Clinical trial proved that the Naltrexone Bead was perfect and did not interfere with the expected pain relief of the released Oxycodone from the agonist bead. No new clinical trial is required.

The two beads in the modified SequestOx remain identical physically so that they cannot be identified.

The Oxycodone bead would have been modified to (1) Be released more quickly and/or (2) Possibly contain digestive enzymatic aid(s) to speed up the metabolic rate of stomach foods and thereby passage of the Oxycodone into the blood.

Perhaps NH will elaborate at the CC sufficiently, if asked, while maintaining $ELTP developed new trade secret.

IMO $ELTP would have tested successfully the modified SequestOx with its reformulated Agonist bead with in-house persons before doing the official FDA Tmax trial.
