You would think the monthly update would mention that they discontinued this if that was the case. Since it does not mention that I would say it is continued or nothing has changed. Long time with no news. The last news was in December applauding the Canadian government. Nothing on the development since early November. That is tough for share holders.
If the company decided to discontinue, they would legally be required to inform shareholders in the release. They literally just released the update stating they are still working on it.
