NOT relative..it's a dilution DOG that can run like it's NOT a dilution dog.

SLJB is STILL a PINK. However, it's a pink with earnings, and potential MONSTER revs. For a PINK, it has an EXTREMELY low A/S, O/S, and float. You kick in that short postion, a good, solid company, 25% buyout in the open market of 125M shares, and this play is gonna kick azz! The company PR'd the share structure! It is still A/S of 800M, O/S of 500M, and the insiders STILL own almost all the float, or they're restricted shares. GEEEEZZ
