Yeah, any time I see micro transactions it's a sure sign that someone is trying to bait others into buying or selling at the "market price"
Usually, it's the other way around from what you describe.
I've seen micro transactions in SWET hundreds of times. All of the ones I've noticed were to the upside. Obviously they're trying to sell their own shares at that price. 10,000 shares doesn't hurt their average too much.
You do know that "the market makers" are just traders, right?
