Looking at what happened to EGLT with them getting denied the abuse deterrant nasal label for the time being because Morphabond has that abuse deterrant label exclusivity for now, then yes I'd say there is such a thing.
I'd like to reiterate that I do believe Rexista covers ALL forms of abuse deterrant labels of oral, nasal, and Intravenous. However, I just don't want them to be screwed over by the FDA cause of some exclusivity that another company already has. I was just curious if anyone knew the chances of Rexista getting denied abuse deterrant labels because of that reason.
