IMO: Yes. Support of the current price is via IOU's. I seriously doubt that the shares I own are supported by actual stock. But that is O.K. for now. A dividend, an audited financial....all hell will break loose. If the shorts cover, great, stock goes north. If they don't.................well, I WAS always good at playing the air-guitar......lol

This is kind of like sitting in the waiting room of the local psych-ward....trying to convince the locals that the sky is not falling.

In for a penny in for a pound.
