It actually is a dividend.
You are right that IGEX can't issue a divi because we are not shareholders but they are not giving them to us.
They are basically using them as money.

They "bought" SRSRs asset for 95% of their company shares.

When/if the deal goes through SRSR will be giving a divi to its shareholders.

So the assertion that this isn't a RS of stock is also true. It is a RS of the asset.

LOL! What? Did SRSR management provide this info?!! LOL! I can't make this stuff up....! LOL! SRSR management is inept...now....and will continue to screw shareholders...
