That's why I have asked about the record date. That is something supplied by the company to finra and not the other way around.
To file for a RS you must supply a record date. Somehow they forgot to. Maybe that is what finra was waiting on. Paperwork filled out properly.

All I know is a RS normally takes 2 weeks give or take a week.
And haven't seen the S1 yet so distribution if allowed is at least a month off.

But then "soon" has no limits.
