But it's still possible that the drug is most effective for those with early onset, genetic disorders. Synaptic dysfunction may be the culprit there while other causes are involved in older onset Alzheimer's. They still don't know for sure what causes AZ and it could actually be multiple diseases with mutliple causes.
There's a lot that I don't understand about this drug yet, I admit.
