But can you tell me what misinformation was being spread? Your choice to go on to other things, if you want. But I don't think you're credible if you can't back up assertions.
Is there any misinformation in these statements: the motion for an order that Tmmi compensate Dimension for legal fees was denied. Dimension was compensated for court costs associated with the trial but they were miniscule compared to their actual costs. Dimension lost the vast majority of its claims, but did win a declaration over the license to VDK 2, and that code must now be deposited with the court.
