At this stage I think nobody knows how much SIAF will control og Triway. My impression is that it will be a lot less. After all other shareholders already have a substantial stake, there will be new shareholders when money is raised at various states and the SIAF shareholders will own almost 20 %. After this SIAF cannot possibly hold 51 %.

KJ, they have to sell more than 50% to be accepted in Hong Kong.
