I believe that is the main number to ourpets.com so it would be highly unlikely I could talk to somebody with any information on the UPCO shell or what they plan for it. Not to mention no recent UPCO filings or PRs that I can find so even somebody who knew would likely not be obliged to talk. The stock is dark with last filing 25-1 reverse split in 2013 from the old company (now defunct - ceased operations July 15, 2014).

I never get in these types of plays @ very ground floor so I wanted to make a punt based on volume and price activity. I'm just holding my small stakes here.
