Claims by LBHI against other companies or other entities that are being disputed are potential assets of LBHI. It will enter the Balance sheet only after winning the court decision.

IMO, equity holders should not be exited to see that there is additional asset for distributions to the creditors. It only means more wait for the equity holders.

I am not sure equities holder are going to get something
Like in all bankrupcy noll is offset by code
In the other case the leh would have been higher in price and not lower
I think i lost my money again and the leh are more a show for creditors than something serious for shareholders
