I've owned this one for some time and accumulated primarily at 2's. No recent filings as you stated but if you read thru old filings you can see insiders, including management, bought much higher price ranges. The only rumor news I'm aware of is what has been posted on the board. We had some volume earlier in the week, primarily in the 2's, and then yesterday volume ran to 180 million. GLTU
