Philbr, I'll answer that for you, why management doesn't buy. First they are largely compensated by stock. Second they have received stock grants. Third they are largely yes men and with the exception of Dan no one ever has put their own skin in the game.
if the company had real tangibe worth they would be GREEDY with their company and try to own "all 100 million dollars" of free cash flow for themselves.
because its all fake, they issue "awards" to themselves and sell.....
