They should still be restricted. There is no exemption from registration available except the Rule 144 holding period.

So I just got an update from my processing team, and they said none of our sources say anything about PURA losing the restriction. So for now, they'll stay restricted. We also haven't seen anything on our end to indicate there's a date when they'll be unrestricted.

That being said, PURA, as a company, does have a class of unrestricted shares that are currently trading. However, those shares are not what you're holding right now. So this may be why they said something different when you spoke to them.
