It says merger in the filings. Why on earth would they link enuitinc to Nouv if it wasn't true. Not only that it's been verified by OTC markets. Unless I'm missing something and you can apparently make up whatever you want in your filings.
Looks at financial filings. They just updated the last 4 years last week. Why would they do that all of a sudden? Something is definitely in the works and we'll hear about it soon in a PR.
