They have about as much chance of being killed by radical terrorists as being hit by lightning, twice. This latest trump baloney is going after the people from countries who have not supplied us with terrorists... messing with them without cause just helps them recruit and create more radicals. People fight back against bullies, and we have a bully in charge now.
You could spend the energy you spend worrying about terrorists under your bed on helping get your grand daughters a great education. Do something for good instead of getting ulcers over your fear of essentially imaginary evil. The risk of your kids ever even encountering a terrorist are less than one in a million, but the odds of them not being successful because of no education is about 2 to 1. You do understand math, eh?
