I am long common and preferred Fannie
I believe and have posted for years that NWS is stealing and unlawful - breach of contract and a taking

but none of that changes the reality that dividends on equity do not pay it back

Please bring any grounded citation that shows that dividends paid on preferred stock reduce the number or par value of outstanding shares

that is all I posted - the reality - the facts

I did not say F and F have NOT paid back a fortune plus more

I did say by law - by securities law - nothing has been paid back as the payments were dividends on equity
