Much of the IP surrounding or encompassing B or beta-bodies is already public(by IP, may I assume you mean intellectual property such as patents or applications for patents?). PPHM/UTSW could publicize the remainder any time it is written if deemed desirable to do so--- Schroit et al just did so wrt one element thereof(I assume U.S., and internationally effective, patent application(s) have/had already been filed that encompass the subject matter of that article).
