The fact that the 10 was not filed yesterday is, admittedly, regrettable. The complexity of the documentation to be filed (with full reporting of the Comprehensive Licensing and Reseller Agreement with InMOD as a major complication) is, to the best of my knowledge, the reason for that delay. I look forward to seeing the 10 filing out as soon as possible.
The fact of traders being on vacation determines many things. In days like these, how many companies are announcing their revenue and earnings guidance? Very few indeed. More in general, whatever news there may be out there, most companies wait until people get back from their vacations before being willing to make announcements.
As to yesterday's weak close, that came on very light volume.
You seem to be adopting what is, very much, a onesided view.
