Bix you have some what of a valid point except the long term debitors of SOCT have a $3.5M investment. That would mean the 7.5M or the 6M which ever it turns out to be at the end of the day if sold for less that .50 would not even cover the debenture.

Personally, I doubt a judge or trustee would do anything that would crash the value of the assets and would look for true value across the board.

I was unaware SOCT has filed bankruptcy.

BTW - the diff. between the used car salesman & the software rep. is that the used car salesman KNOWS when he's lying!!
