I use TDA & actually have an open bid for 36,000 shares from a partial fill at .005

I just checked & it's still open?

The only logical answer that i can come up with is : there are 10 SELLS totaling 166,666 shares from .0166 down to .006. this might ne a MARKET SELL and was not enough shares on the bid so it filled what it could from .0166 to .006 ??? don't know . JMO of course.
