It's big trouble for Tracy. So is the suit filed in Clark County Court by Harvey Romanek, who's making similar allegations against Tracy. Romanek bought the GOFF shell without realizing how extremely problematic it and Tracy were.
But back to the action brought against Tracy in connection with TRON… I had a talk with Bosticco's attorney this afternoon. Among other things, the case is very definitely not over. The judge has made no decision at all, and no rulings. The next hearing is scheduled for 28 March. The reason for the delay is that the lawyer is starting a two-month trial on another matter next week, and that will take up all his time.
This isn't the first time he's disputed a Nevada custodianship. He successfully prosecuted an action against Ketcher Industries, a company that tried its hand a a half-dozen or so custodianships, a few years ago. Perhaps interestingly, Tracy provided unspecified services to Ketcher in connections with two of those applications.
