that was a bad 10k. net profit is 2%. Direct TV Now will not have bandwith issues, AT&T owns or will own Time Warner's cable bandwith after their merger is complete.

NFLX net profit is just $186M and market cap is $61B at close, so a 300 multiple on earnings. LOL


NFLX would have to double it per month fee and even if they did, and the extra 8 per month or $800M per month was pure profit it would net them $6B profit and would be a 10 multiple which is more normal.

however, the majority of any price increase they do in the future will go to the actual ISP's as they will simply raise their price to use them to stream. Talking Verizon, Time Warner, etc, they will make out like bandits because they will say, OK you just raised your fees by $1.00, we will raise our cost to you by 95 cents. watch

ISPs are going to get rich off of NFLX usage, and NFLX is not going to profit as it will have to keep paying the ISP's more for bandwith.....
