In 2015 Breathe LLC, the other ecig company, sued Josh Kimmel and Breathe Ecig for trademark violations. Breathe LLC subsequently consummated a Settlement Agreement with Breathe Ecig, i.e. Seth Shaw.
On January 18, 2017 Breathe LLC (Tyler Glover) filed a civil action against Seth Shaw for $150,000, citing breach of numerous conditions, as detailed in the 2015 Settlement Agreement. The Agreement was in fact executed by none other than Seth Shaw. After reading the Agreement, it appears Shaw personally guaranteed some or all of the payments to Breathe LLC.
Looks like the good Mr. Shaw is ONCE AGAIN going to find himself in court! One has to wonder if Shaw will devote 110% of his effort defending himself or 110% of his effort pursuing a myriad of other activities! Of course Seth Shaw claims to give 110% effort to everything! Clearly, math is not Shaw's strong suit!
