He might be playing ball to save his own behind right now. And, he might have connections that make some folks involved give him more benefit of the doubt. But, in my view, he is just as guilty as the rest of them.
We should not be in this position. We got SCAMMED. A FRAUD was perpetrated against us.
I'm sure there were many times when all IMSC management involved questioned whether they should blow the whistle. But, when those times came, they didn't do it. That's nobody's fault, but their own. And, they should suffer the consequences.
