I believe GB brought Bob L into IMSC because both had backgrounds in security. They did the B220 show together with GB after the IDIQ and Bob L was pushing the QS150 and non contact even back then at that.
Bob L would have taken the IZAP deal instead of going to L3 (or another bidder) and stayed with IMSC as he is now.
I believe he saw the stink with GB firing by DMRJ/PP and McScam's shady dealings and has stayed as far away as possible compared to being part of the PP/McScam bs.
He MAY well have pissed on all those at his disposition.
He brought on a CFO to try to salvage the IMX shell. I also feel he Knows that a large QS150E deal will happen soon thru L3.
He called the new IMX shell "Secure Point" which implies the same line of business, possibly buying the current/past QS150 subcontractor, JMO, no proof on this obviously. Maybe an installation - maintenance company to work 'integrated system type screening' for L3.?.
I think some here are giving Bob L a bad rap but it may turn out he DID have IMSC (shareholders too )better interests in mind. I thought so.
McScam's stink Will be an issue, both at L3 and eventually with the SEC.IMO.
Shareholders Will get a Vote and it appears there is a strong possibility that there MAY be a couple propositions, especially after winning this BK, which seems possible now...JMHFO...again...
