Not the same regulations Trump is concerned about. His rollback of regulations are towards those that disrupt actual business operations like EPA, ADA, and many others that involve fees and payroll taxes. Fees and regulations involving stocks and trading are not necessarily on his radar....they do not directly harm businesses that build or produce product.
