cheynew, yes but also more risky if the SEC suddenly goes after the naked shorts, not specific PPHM but as an enforced policy rather then a defeating attitude.
There is a President now that doesn't want US companies to be given away under there real+potential value to non-US controlling entities because they can buy potential on the manipulated US markets.
