I disagree, they remain "unsolicited" for a reason, it may be a good thing so dont get all upset now. The info has been on their own website for a while, hey maybe it does take a little more time to file their statement w/ pinksheets.

My understanding is that its just a matter of a fax and a small fee. I don't think money is the issue as I believe it is only a few hundred bucks cost.

But you state "Master Plan" so I'm not sure what that means.
