Not sure if you missed earlier discussion or if you're just repeating yourself. Either way, I'll say it again. Looking at a 17 year old chart to guide your decisions on a trade today isn't very smart. In all of human history, I doubt there's a single example of a successful trader even considering such a data point as remotely useful.
