I agree 100% and said it a few days ago as its a waste of time. SEC is useless and also corrupt. Its the same reason why Matt did a nice job with the SNY settlement. Like MNKD had any chance in court suing SNY as it would have been tied up for years and cost way too much, while causing them to lose focus on Afrezza.
This company should be made private if all that matters is the patients imo. Not so much that anyone likes to hear themselves talk, but more so the investors of this public company have been burned and want to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I'd call it venting, and it's warranted imo.
