I like what was said about pure stock plays. Suppose someone wants to buy into a VOIP stock. Well when they look at eh NMKT VOIP subsidiary they might think its undervalued when compared to other voip plays.
It might get a higher valuation than the nmkt parent stock, or nmkt china.
Some SUBS might get very high street valuations while others may go nowhere.
But it is a good thing here since most people dont exactly know what nmkt does. Breaking up NMKT and making it transparent can only help here.
