Xan that is what many people thought prior to last Q..."no way it could still be below 10,000". IMO that news article claming that is NOT GZFX official number. JF doesn't give out exact sub counts and he has said so in the past, because churn rate is hard to calculate. Even if it was 10,276 it could have easily dropped below 10,000 by now because of churn. I do believe that some subs have been picked up but there is no OFFICIAL numbers coming from headquarters and I don't think it is wise for people to be throwing the 10000 number around like it is a done deal. If GZ did get almost 4000 subs last month to bring it over 10000 then we should easily get 5000 this month then 5500-6000 next which will put us with an average of over 15000 by the time the next Q comes out; our actual up to the moment September 30 sub count over 20000. I mean after all this thing is supposed to snowball with all the effective advertising, tv ads and stuff like word of mouth right? I am beginning to see a pattern this quarter that started last quarter with people grossly over estimating subs (at times that included myself). Will subs go up sure, at a snails pace with the current marketing plan in place. Even if the RV tour is the greatest creation since sliced bread the tour won't even be complete by quarters end. I want the sub counts to skyrocket in the worst way, but after last Q I am very cautious...If anyone can show me OFFICAL sub numbers and the source of those numbers it would help; if not, stop claiming that GZ gained 3000+ subs last month since we really don't know. O.k. I am off my soap box.
