what we did learn, which is what I suspected is that Fan is a person of his word...whether we succeed or not, he at least attempted something. It doesn't hurt to have a shareholder base going into these ventures. I'm not sure I'd want this group (LOL!) but they may end up being buyers of additional shares...kind of smart thinking I think.....
