ot: actually, the TOU prohibit any of the following actions under Paragraph 9:

(1)Posting about a stock(s) that is not relevant to the board you are posting to;

(2)Continually posting the same or similar information;

(3)Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion;

(4)Posting excessively on one or more message board(s);

(5)As well posting something that is completely off-topic to the current discussion.

The fact that there is number (5) shows that violating (2), (3), or (4) need not entail off-topic posts. I submit that itrade4profit2's constant bashing by repetitively posting the same information violates Paragraph 9 (2) and (3), and is therefore a Terms of Use violation.
