He's a BK judge, its his job to 'protect secured creditors'. Once in a Criminal court? The judge can say 'sorry secured creditors you get ZERO based in criminal activity. What criminal activity? It's not like these guys might get investigated or charges might be filed, or by some stretch might get indicted. They HAVE been investigated, arrested and indicted! By the federal government!

The facts are:
1. Our secured creditor is under FEDERAL indictment for CRIMINAL ACTS
The judge is not going to let a case go forward simply because it won't cost a lot of money.
Either we get standing or we don't. If we do, it will be because we have a case. That is how the justice system works. To do anything else would be unfair to everyone involved (including shareholders and PP).
