No way to guess, but often, volume peaks correspond to price peaks... Maybe they can orchestrate a deal like ENER did, ENER bought back 50% of their joint fueld cell venture from Texaco for the total sum of $1...., if Texaco was the first, fine, but they pulled a similar one on Exxon few years back and I have no idea idf and when INTC is finally going to give up on their OUM effort.
