'occasional legitimate' complaint?? Why not just get rid of your TOS then? A violation is a violation. PERIOD!! If you are not going to enforce them because you feel they are 'minor', than I suggest re-doing your TOS, because NOWHERE does it say "certain violations will be dealt with while others will be ignored"
Furthermore, how you can read MANY of those posts and claim they are MINOR is ridiculous....the guy accused me of working for a broker and using sophisticated software to manipulate the price of a security to help the broker I work for....he accused me and claimed it as fact, that he found out I was using multiple accounts to influence the pps of security.....he accused me of SECRETLY changing my alias in an effort to deceive people into believing I was somebody else......shall I go on.....VERY harsh accusations and all they did was get EVERYBODY on the board talking about me and accusing me of awful things of which NONE WERE TRUE...not even close to being truthful!!! What about the MODERATOR, who is making all these harsh posts claiming he erased them ALL....yet do you see all of HIS HARSH posts, NOT ERASED?? If not, open your eyes, look, and see the moderator LIED!!!! And you think it is good to have a moderator making such harsh posts, claiming he has deleted everything OT and etc, but he only dekleted what HE wanted to and left a zillion HARSH posts made by him and his buddies, while LYING and saying he didnt and he erased eevrything? I also find it comical that this particular moderator...when he is not busy ruining the pavc board, he is on other boards BASHING and caling everything under the sun...a SCAM.....
